The following information has been provided by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT). This project is set to begin Monday, October 1. This project weather permitting: SH-1/SH-99/J A Richardson Loop narrows at Broadway in Ada through October. Eastbound and westbound SH-1/SH-99/J A Richardson Loop in Ada will narrow to one lane in each direction between Poteet Rd. and N. Mississippi Ave. from 7 p.m. Monday, October 1 through late October for an intersection modification project. Additionally, northbound and southbound N. Broadway Ave. will be narrowed to one lane in each direction from Armory Rd. to E. Cottage St. Initially, no left turns from SH-1/SH-99/J A Richardson Loop will be available onto northbound and southbound Broadway Ave. The majority of the work will occur at night, but lanes will not be able to reopen during the day due to the amount of time needed for the new surface to set. As the project progresses, motorists can expect lanes to shift and for right turns to be restricted from SH-1/SH-99/J A Richardson Loop onto northbound and southbound N. Broadway Ave. late in the project. Also, the speed limit will be reduced within the work zone.
