Municipal Court

The City of Ada Municipal Court is held at 9 a.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays unless there is a holiday. The court room is located inside Ada City Hall at 231 S. Townsend Street. The Court Clerk is Carol Crews. She can be reached by phone at (580) 436-8024.

To pay a citation online using a credit card, call (800) 444-1187. To pay by mail, make cashier's check or money order payable to "Ada Police Department" and send it to the address listed above. Before mailing, make sure to enter a plea, then sign and date the back of the citation. You may also pay in person during regular business hours with cash, cashier's check, or money order.

To bond a person out of jail after business hours, make a payment at the Pontotoc County Justice Center at 1814 N. Broadway with cashier's check or money order only.
