All written correspondence should be mailed to City Hall, 231 S. Townsend St., Ada, OK 74820.

Business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Hours of operation at the Ada City Landfill are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Only cash is accepted at the landfill. Non-emergency offices are closed Saturday and Sunday.

The city observes (and is closed for) the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the Friday after), Christmas Eve (offices close at noon), and Christmas Day.
